We have played a significant role in the law developing through judgments like Rahul & Ors. v. NCT of Delhi (November 2022) and Irfan @ Bhayu Mevati v. The State of Madhya Pradesh (June 2025). Increasingly we have been part of efforts where the Supreme Court has sent cases back to the trial court for re-examination of forensic experts, including conducting technical and scientific cross-examination of forensic experts. Our forensic team also administers training sessions exploring the possibilities and limitations of forensic evidence for diverse stakeholders like judges, forensic scientists, lawyers across institutions including the Delhi Judicial Academy, Judicial Academy, Assam, National Forensic Science University Delhi, Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics, Hyderabad.
