Internships
The Square Circle Clinic at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (formerly Project 39A) provides the following opportunities:
1. Letter Writing Internship – For regular communication with individuals sentenced to death that we represent, we offer internships to individuals proficient in different Indian languages. (Open to all; Currently no vacancies)
2. Criminal Justice Student Fellowships – This is a 12-month intensive fellowship which provides students a unique opportunity for in-depth engagement with The Square Circle Clinic. This Fellowship is currently only offered to NALSAR students. (Open to NALSAR students only; Currently no vacancies)
3. Death Penalty Directory Data Interns: This is a long term internship to develop, analyse, and disseminate our extensive death penalty data. (Open to NALSAR students only; Currently no vacancies)
4. Internships: We offer 4-week internships (with a stipend) on a rolling basis for graduate and postgraduate students enrolled in law, humanities or social science programmes in our offices in Delhi, Pune and Nagpur.
